Chapter 1a Childhood memories by "Mopsie" Beryl Archer
So far I haven't been able to get hold of any photos of the Aunts that brought Mopsie up, but in a file sent to me by my aunt Margaret Mary, know to us all as MM, I came across Auntie Mac's cook book which I will happily share with you as I think she was extremely adventurous for the early 1900's.

Isn't life strange how things go around?
My parents commissioned an artist to paint the above watercolour of Mopsie's beloved cottage and after Mopsie's departure I was given the painting that I see every day hanging on my wall. Sorry if the quality is bad but the painting is so well framed that I daren't un frame it to take a picture without the reflection of the glass. So I'm afraid this photo will have to do for now!
